NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and
Property
• Check the kettle regularly for any scratches or cracks. Do
not use the kettle if there are scratches, score marks or
uneven areas on the bottom of it.
• Do not overheat the kettle, e.g. by heating it for a long
time with nothing in it! Overheating can result in material
damage and the production of smoke. If smoke is produced,
switch off the stove immediately, remove the kettle from
the hot hob and make sure there is suffi cient ventilation in
the room.
• Do not slide the kettle over a glass ceramic hob as it could
be scratched. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage
caused by inappropriate use!
• The product should only be used if it has been correctly
assembled! Check before each use whether the lid is fi tted
correctly.
• Never pour any cold water into the heated kettle to
prevent material damage.
• Protect the product from naked fl ames, sub-zero
temperatures, persistent moisture and impacts. Do not
immerse the thermometer in water. Protect the handle
from excess moisture.
• Do not make any modifi cations to the product. If you
fi nd any damage, do not use the product and contact our
customer service department.
