About your RRC-330-STATION
Label counters provide a quick and easy way to count the number of labels on a roll.
Off-Line counting can be done with either a counting package or a self contained reel-to-reel unit.
Both units allow you to count the number of labels on a given roll, make large rolls of labels into
smaller ones, change the direction of the labels coming off the roll or change to a different core size

FEATURES
• Designed for counting labels with a maximum width of 152 mm (170mm & 220mm for the chuck models)
• 1 Powerful motor, the RRC-units are NOT Bi-Directional
• Max. Speed: 72 CM/SEC at the beginning of a 76 mm core roll, 235 CM/SEC at the end of a 330 mm roll
• Max Label Roll weight: 7 KG
• The STANDARD take-up shaft is a "Quick-Change" shaft to support fast changing of core holder diameter. It comes
standard for using cores in 40mm and 76mm. On request available in 38/44/50/70/100 mm.
• The -ACH take-up shaft employs an adjustable core holder enabling the use of core sizes between 25 and 101 mm
• The CHUCK take-up shaft comes with a "Quick-Chuck" for cores in 76 mm
