Configuration and operation

5.1 Controls
The 3 LEDs on the device control panel show the different operating states. The LEDs can display the following states:
LED illuminated
Operating status
Start
Feed-in start
Feed-in operation
Feed-in mode with reduced
power
Non-grid feed mode
Error

Accessories

6.1 Inverter off
When using suitable KACO inverters, the shutdown can be carried out via the grid separation relay integrated into the
inverters and the "Inverter OFF" digital output instead of via interface switch.

Maintenance and troubleshooting

Repairs may only be carried out by the authorised electrician.
7.1 Visual inspection by the operator
1 Inspect the product and cables for visible external damage and note the operating status display, where applicable.
2 Notify the installer if there is any damage.

Description
The green "Operation" LED is on when
the AC voltage is present, independent of
the DC voltage.
The green "Operating" LED is lit.
The green "Feed-in" LED is lit after the
country-specific waiting period*.
Ready for grid operation.
The interface switch engages audibly.
The green "Operating" LED is lit.
The green "Feed-in" LED is lit.
The "Feed-in" icon appears on the LD
display.
The device feeds into the grid.
The green "Operating" LED is lit.
The green LED "Feed" is flashing because
one of the modes: internal power reduc-
tion, external power reduction, idle power
request or standalone mode is active.
The device feeds into the grid.
The interface switch engages audibly.
The display shows the corresponding mes-
sage.
The display shows the corresponding error
message.
The red "Fault" LED is lit.
