OPERATION

Braked castors must be locked while the machine is in operation (fig.1, n°7).
Switch on the power to the machine at the start of the day using the main isolator switch
(fig.2, n°12).
Operating procedure (fig.4)
A. Open the cover.
B. Place the loaf on the infeed table.
C. Take care to position the loaf correctly in the right-hand corner towards the front of the
machine.
D. Close the cover.
Mechanical keyboard (fig.5)
E. Press the selector knob to set slice thickness from 5 to 25 mm.
F. Press the selector knob again and choose the type of slicing desired.
• 1 - 2: Cut loaf in half.
• ALL: Cut entire loaf.
• 1 to 99: Cut 1 to 99 slices as desired.
• 1 – 2 & 1 to 99: Cut half the loaf into slices.
G. Press the green button to start the slicing cycle.
H. When the green button flashes, open the cover to extract the sliced loaf from the outfeed table
(fig.3, n°15) and bag it on the bagger (fig.1, n°3).
OPTIONAL: Touch screen (fig.6)
E'. Choose your slice thickness.
F'. Choose the type of slicing. In "number of slices" mode, choose the number of slices desired.
G'. Press the green button to start the slicing cycle.
H'. Collect the loaf on the outfeed table (fig.3, n°15) and bag it on the bagger (fig.1, n°3).
Regardless of whether it is a mechanical keyboard or a touch screen, the red button stops a cycle in
progress.
