• Clogging or improper adjustment of solenoid valves.
• Failure or improper adjustment of lid opening microswitch.
• Break in electric system fuses.

7.2 - Replacing parts

• Only authorised personnel must be allowed to replace parts
which must be original.
Outlet tap
• Unscrew with caution using an appropriate spanner, being
careful not to damage the chrome and not to unscrew the
appliance's connecting pipe.
Lid balancing springs
• Work with the lid closed.
• Release and extract the hinge pivots. The springs are
immediately accessible.
• Caution! the springs are preloaded, grip the pivots tightly
while releasing them!
• The pan is not swinging!
• Check operation of the electric actuator.
• Check the lid micro.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
For the version with a hydraulic unit:
• Check there is no oil leaking from the flexible pipes or their
couplings.
• All the components which require maintenance can be
reached from the front of the appliance, after removing the
lateral panel.
• Check every 100 hours the level of the oil in the central unit:
the level must not be less than 50% of the tank's capacity.
• If it is necessary to top up the tank, use only AGIP OSO 46
or SHELL TELLUS 46.
Hydraulic components
• Remove the left side panel.
• Hydraulic unit, solenoid valves, hoses, piston: they are
immediately accessible.
