If the cross bar is flush-mounted rectangular or the hotplate is closed off, make
a bevelled cut for enabling the air outlet.
4. Above an oven
The hotplate can be built-in
above an oven. The relevant
oven must be equipped with an
integrated cooling system. Your
appliance must be properly
ventilated after being built-in.
Make a ventilation opening of
40cm² if need be.
Do not install the appliance above a dish washer,
a washing machine, a fridge or a freezer.
