16.3 Adjusting the heat output

A default heat output is set for every air curtain. Please only change it if you notice that the
temperature of the discharged air is too low. You would waste energy with a thermostat that is set
too high.
For electrically heated systems, you can control the heat output in 3 steps on the controller.
For all other systems you can control the heat output on the control valve thermostat.
If you no longer need the changed setting, reset it to the manufacturer's default.

For business areas without additional heating, if there is danger of frost, we
recommend that the PWW air curtain is operated overnight at a low fan
speed to prevent frost damage to the heating element.
You can turn the air discharge element easily by hand
up to 16 degrees towards the in- or outside. So that
you obtain maximum insulation, the air discharge
element must be turned appropriately towards the
outside.
