Defrosting
CAUTION:
Never use metal objects (e.g. knifes) to remove ice
from the evaporator. Otherwise it can be damaged.
For better cooling and to minimize power consump-
tion, the freezer compartment must be defrosted
manually on a regular basis as follows:
 To start the defrosting process, disconnect the
appliance from the power supply.
 Remove the food items and keep covered at a
cool location.
 When the ice has melted, wipe the condensate
away and dry the appliance interior.
 Then you may restart the appliance by connecting
the plug and turning the temperature control.
