Tap operation
Chilled Water Lever
Depressing the "Blue" lever allows the dispensing of Chilled water.
Pulling forward the Blue lever allows the tap to operate in a "no-
touch" mode. Water will flow from between 5 and 15 seconds (This
is user adjustable). To reset, return the handle to the "Off" position
and repeat the step. The lever has to be manually returned to the
"Off" position.

Boiling Water Lever
(With the safety OFF)
Depressing the "Red" lever allows the dispensing of boiling water.
Pulling forward the Red lever allows the tap to operate in a "no-
touch" mode. Water will flow from between 5 and 15 seconds (This
is user adjustable). To reset, return the handle to the "Off" position
and repeat the step. The lever has to be manually returned to the
"Off" position.
(With the safety ON)
Depress the Red lever, while simultaneously covering the safety lock
button with a second finger. These two actions need to occur within
2 seconds for the successful dispensing of boiling water.

Sparkling Water

Press the red and blue levers simultaneously to dispense sparkling
water with carbon dioxide added. Pull the levers up to dispense spar-
kling water continually. The water will flow for 5 to 15 seconds. This
time can be set in the menu. The levers then have to be manually
returned to the Off position.
