Installation detail
• PLEASE NOTE: The edge must be absolutely flat when installed. If the cover plate is subjected to
mechanical tension, this can lead to cracks or even breakage of the plate when heated.
• PLEASE NOTE: It is recommended not to use wood as a support for the induction cover plate, as wood
expands with moisture and heat and the flat support of the plate described above is no longer given.
Ideally, the cut-out in the buffet top plate should be selected so that the induction top plate lies absolutely
flat/level on it, as shown in the following sectional diagram.
