6 MAINTENANCE
6.1 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Repairs may only be carried out by an authorised person. Before beginning
repair, switch off the unit and secure against inadvertent switching on, e. g.
by „pulling the plug". Work must be executed along the lines prescribed in
Chapter 1 „safety measures" .

Not use cleaning material, metallic objects and compressed air to remove
dust and gluten splits.
6.2 MAINTENANCE

Check the device to damage and defects.
Check the stamp on wearing
If necessary replace the stamp and felts
Clean the templates, stamp, cable and stainless steel surface.
Cleaning the templates:
Clean carefully with your fingers and take clean water.
Cleaning the stamp:
Screw the handle from the carbon head end and wash it with lots of
water.
Cleaning the device and cable:
to mop with wet cloth
Dismantle and clean the stamp after all any use, otherwise
the acid concentration can harmful by inhalation. The current
flow may be interrupted and the output can be full off.
