5.3.4 Flow of the process „to label"
• clean the point of label
• cut 30 mm felt to label (t = 2 mm) from stripe 60 x 2 x 1000.
• fix the stripe with clamping tool on the stamp.
• fix the cable as described under point 4.1.2
• damp the felt on the stamp with electrolyte, take enough electrolyte, that
the flat underside of the stamp has a good dampness.
• position the templates on the workpiece.
• stroke with low press and mild circular motion across the template or press
the stamp vertical from above on all surface consistent on the template and
move it lightly.
• the job finished after about 1,5 to 2 seconds (it's depends to material and
size of the template.
• remove the electrolyte from the metal surface and label
• neutralize the metal surface with a neutralyt GN 2 damped cloth a few
times.
We have special stamps for labels, which are larger then 30 mm.
5.4 switch off the device
• Please disconnect the device on main switch B and put out the cable
• take down all accessories kits
• clean all parts
