Montageanleitung
Unterstützung
fachkundige Monteure gedacht, die
mit der Montage von Hebebühnen
vertraut sind. Befestigungen und
Einstellungen sind sorgfältig und
gewissenhaft auszuführen, nur so ist
eine sichere und fehlerfreie Funktion
der Hebebühne gewährleistet.
Fehlerhafte
Einstellungen führen zu Haftungs-
und Gewährleistungsausschluss.
Erfolgt die Montage durch nicht von
ATH-Heinl zugelassene Monteure, so
beschränkt sich die Gewährleistung
auf die
erforderlichen Ersatzteile.
Ein Nachstellen der Ausgleichsseile
nach kurzem
materialbedingt erforderlich und ist
kein Gewährleistungsfall
eine Wartungsarbeit die dem Nutzer
obliegt.

Standortwahl

Die Auswahl
sorgfältig zu treffen. Wenn möglich
vorhandene
nehmen. Hierin ist zu erkennen, ob
sich im Boden Leitungen, Kanäle
usw. befinden, die beim Befestigen
der Säulen beschädigt würden. Im
gesamten Umfeld der Hebebühne ist
sicher zu stellen, dass beim Arbeiten
mit der Bühne weder seitlich noch
oben Installationen
Anlagen beschädigt werden können.
Die Bühne ist nicht für eine Montage
im Freien, in feuchten und nassen
sowie explosionsgefährdeten
Räumen geeignet.

3 Installation of the lift

instruction carefully before
installing!!!
The instructions in this user manual
are to be seen as support for skilled
technicians, who are familiar with the
installation of lifts. Fixings and
adjustments are to be made carefully
only then a safe and faultless
function of the lift is guaranteed.
An incorrect installation and
adjustments causes disclaimer of
warranty.
Is the installation not made by an
authorized technician of ATH-Heinl,
the warranty is limited to the supply
of the needed spare parts.
An adjustment of the synchronizing
ropes after a short operation is
eventually needed due to the
material and does not mean that it is
a warranty work but a maintenance
work for which is the user
responsible.
3.1 Site selection
The site selection must be made
carefully. If possible use existing
building plans. In this it can be seen,
if there are cables, canals and so on
in the ground which could be
damaged when fixing the lift. In the
whole area around the lift it must be
assured that during the work with the
lift neither lateral nor above
installations or other plants can be
damaged.
The lift is not suitable for an
installation outside or in wet rooms as
well as where is a risk of potentially
explosive atmosphere.
