The grinder may only be used with an undamaged
hose! Check the tubes and connections for signs of
damage before starting work!
Only connect the compressed air line when the
grinding tool is clamped and the valve is switched
off!
Pay attention that compressed air stored in the
hose cannot cause the grinder to start up
unexpectedly!
The operating pressure of 6 bar must never be
exceeded during operation!
Before starting work, and after each interruption,
check the unit and grinding tool for signs of
damage. Check for tight seating of the tool in the
collet or on the tool spindle!
Always disconnect the device from the compressed
air supply when changing the grinding tool or
grinding disc and for maintenance work to prevent
the device starting up accidentally!
Complete a 30-second test run before starting to
use the grinder.
Hold the device firmly in your hands!
If the grinder and/or grinding tool have been
dropped, they must be checked for signs of
damage.
The grinder runs on after being switched off. Only
set the unit down after it has come to a stop!
For your own safety, only use tools, accessories
and auxiliary equipment that are specified in the
catalogue or the operating instructions, or that are
recommended by the manufacturer.
Secure the workpiece in a clamping device or a
vice!
Make sure that the equipment is stored before and
after use in a dry atmosphere.
The grinding tools must be carefully stored and
handled in accordance to the instructions of the
manufacturer.
