Automatic screen rotation
1. Open the phone's notification panel by swiping down from the top of the screen.
2. In the white banner at the top of the screen, click on the
automatic rotation of the screen, which automatically rotates your device's screen
when you switch your phone between landscape and portrait mode.
Screen wake-up
You no longer need to press on your phone' s power button to wake up your screen; now
all you have to do is to double tap your black screen repeatedly.
This function is particularly useful in situations where your power button is difficult to
access: on an X-BIKE, an X-CAR PRO, etc.
To enable/disable this function, go to Settings
Screen wake-up.
Glove mode
Activating this mode will increase the screen's sensitivity so that you can use your
smartphone while still wearing your gloves.
1. Open the phone's notification panel by swiping down from the top of the screen.
2. In the white banner at the top of the screen, click on the
glove mode, which lets you use your smartphone and touch the screen even when
wearing gloves.
NFC
The NFC antenna of your CORE-M5 is located in the middle of your
phone, behind the X-LINK™*.
Make sure to position this part of the phone correctly on contactless
readers (payment terminals, transport terminals, badge readers,
etc.) for optimal operation.
