6. Malfunctions and countermeasures
The device will not switch on.
•
Ensure that the power cable is inserted correctly.
•
Ensure that the operating switch ( 1 a) is in position I.
•
Ensure that the unit has been used within the limits
of the operating time specified in these instructions.
The atomiser is working poorly or not working at all
•
Ensure that the compressed air hose ( 2 ) is correctly
connected at both ends.
•
Check that the compressed air hose is not crushed,
kinked, dirty or blocked. Replace it with a new one
if necessary.
•
Check that the atomiser ( 3 ) is fully assembled and
that the coloured nebuliser head ( 3 a) is attached cor-
rectly and not blocked.
•
Ensure that the medication has been added to the
device.
7. Warranty/service
We offer a 5-year product warranty from the date of pur-
chase against material and production faults. The war-
ranty does not cover:
•
Damage due to improper operation.
•
Wearing parts.
•
Cases of personal negligence on the part of the cus-
tomer.
•
Cases in which the device has been opened by a
non-authorised workshop.
The warranty does not affect the customer's statutory
rights. To assert a warranty claim within the warranty
period, the customer must provide proof of purchase.
The warranty claim must be submitted within a period
of 5 years from the date of purchase to Sidroga GfGm-
bH, Bad Ems, for Germany or Austria, or to Sidroga AG,
Rheinfelden, for Switzerland.
