WARNINGS:
▪ Before using this equipment, or any component compatible with this
equipment, read and understand the instructions for use. Pay particular
attention to safety information. Become familiar with the equipment before
use.
▪ Only individuals trained and experienced in the processing of reusable
medical devices should process this equipment.
▪ DO NOT reuse, reprocess, or repackage a device that is intended for
single use only.
- A single use device may not withstand chemical, chemical vapor, or
high temperature sterilization reprocessing.
- Design features may make cleaning difficult.
- Reuse may create a contamination risk and compromise structural
integrity resulting in operational failure or fragmentation during use.
- Critical product information may be lost during repackaging.
Failure to comply may lead to infection or cross infection and result in
patient and/or healthcare staff injury.

For general processing instructions, see the care instructions manual supplied
with your device.
Maximum Quantity of Devices
WARNING: DO NOT exceed the specified maximum quantity of
devices in an insert tray. The maximum quantity of devices is based
on Stryker validation of this equipment. Exceeding the maximum
quantity of devices may prevent proper sterilization of the equipment
and/or result in excessive weight. Always follow the current local
recommendations and/or regulations governing weights and weight
limits.

Recommended Placement of Devices
WARNINGS:
▪ ALWAYS make sure the equipment is clean and dry before sterilization.
▪ ALWAYS make sure handpieces are oriented with the distal end down.
▪ Large attachments may not fit in the smaller insert tray compartments.
ALWAYS load attachments into tray compartments that are large enough
to allow each attachment to lie in a flat, horizontal position.
NOTES:
▪ See the Maximum Quantity of Devices section.
▪ The illustrated placement of devices is a recommendation only. Other
placement combinations are acceptable.
