THERMOSTAT
• Turn the thermostat to "max." and operate the appliance until the desired room
temperature is reached.
• Turn the thermostat anticlockwise until the appliance switches off with an audible "click".
• This set temperature will be kept almost constant by the appliance switching on and off
automatically.
Note: the appliance will not switch on unless the thermostat setting is higher than the room
temperature.
OSCILLATION
The oscillation function can be activated by turning on the oscillation switch.
SAFETY TIP-OVER SYSTEM
The heater is designed to turn automatically off when tipped forward or backward. The unit
will automatically turn on once it is returned to its normal upright position.
WARNING: do not place the heater on thick carpets. The tip-over safety system may not
activate causing the product to not operate under normal conditions.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always turn off, unplug and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
2. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, powders or cleaners to clean the product.
3. Use a soft, dampened and clean cloth to clean the product's outer housing.
4. If the heater is not going to be operated for a long period of time, store it in a dry and safe
place where it is protected from dust.
5. Never immerse the appliance in water
6. Clean the air inlet and outlet regularly with a vacuum cleaner.
