STEP 4
1) Assemble the left and right movable handlebar (30L&30R) on the
handlebar post tube (10) by using the allen bolt (9), the flat washer (18),
the plastic flat washer(135) and the plastic flat washer (64). Then
assemble the round side cap (25) on the two outside.
