6. Commissioning and operation

Before commissioning, all connections have to be checked again for correct installation.
It must have been made sure that the safety regulations have been complied with. Com-

With the 400V version, the direction of rotation of the pump has to be checked prior to
actual commissioning.

For repair and maintenance works on the control and/or pump, always disconnect the
power plug from the power socket.

1. Insert the CEE plug into the socket.
2. Screw out the lock screw on top of the pot motor,
observe the direction of rotation at the pump shaft
when the pumps run out.
3. If the rotation arrow on the pump matches the
observed direction of rotation, everything is okay.
4. If the pump rotates the wrong way round, two of
the three phases will have to be interchanged by
the electrician.
5. After checking the direction of rotation, it is abso-
lutely necessary to screw in the lock screw again
and to tighten it!
