    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 2.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Die Abwasser-Hebeanlagen der Baureihe Kompaktboy sind für das Sammeln und Weiterleiten von häuslichem Abwasser bestimmt, das nicht über Freigefälle entsorgt werden kann. Die Hebeanlagen sind für fäkalienhaltiges und fäkalienfreies häusliches Abwasser ausgelegt. Die Hebeanlage pumpt das gesammelte Abwasser über die Rück- stauebene in den Abwasserkanal.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 2.5 Grundsätzliches Gefährdungspotenzial Die Kreiselpumpe arbeitet im Intervallbetrieb. Thermische Gefährdungen gehen von dem Elektromotor der Kreiselpumpe im ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb nicht aus. In einem Stö- rungsfall kann der Motor allerdings bis zu 110 °C heiß werden und Verbrennungen ver- ursachen.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 3 Transport und Lagerung 3.1 Transport Beim Transport ist darauf zu achten, dass die Anlage nicht angestoßen und nicht fallen- gelassen wird. Die Anlage ist immer waagrecht zu transportieren. Die Hebeanlage Kompaktboy Einzel wiegt mindestens 43 kg. Für den Transport sind somit immer 2 Personen erforderlich.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 4.3 Aufbau und Arbeitsweise Der Sammelbehälter aus Polyethylen dient zum drucklosen Sammeln des Abwassers. Der Sammelbehälter wird durch 2 Befestigungsschrauben auftriebssicher verankert. Niveauschaltung und die Rückschlagklappe. Die Steuerleitung ist an einer Schlauchtülle am Sammelbehälter befestigt und verbindet so das Staurohr mit dem Druckschalter in der Pumpensteuerung.

Aus diesem Grunde gibt die DIN EN 12056-4 folgende Empfehlungen: Räume für Abwasserhebeanlagen müssen so groß sein, dass neben und über allen zu bedienenden und zu wartenden Teilen ein Arbeitsraum von mindestens 60 cm Breite bzw.

Die Lüftungsleitung darf sowohl in die Haupt- als auch in die Sekundärlüftung eingeführt werden. • Anschlüsse und Schellen bei der Entlüftungsleitung sollten schallreduzierende Ei- genschaften aufweisen. • Die Verwendung von Rohrbelüftern ist nicht zulässig und führt zu Fehlfunktionen der Hebeanlage.

Der Montageort der Steuerung ist entsprechend auszuwählen. Die Steuerung ist so zu montieren, dass die Kabeleinführungen nach unten zeigen. Die Steuerung muss so angebracht werden, dass der blaue Pneumatikschlauch für die Niveausteuerung stetig steigend von der Hebeanlage zum Anschluss am Schaltkasten verlegt werden kann.

Es ist immer ein durchgehender Pneumatikschlauch 8/6 mm zu verwenden, der maximal 10 m lang sein darf; gege- benenfalls ist ein Kleinkompressor anzuschließen.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 6 Erstinbetriebnahme und Betrieb Vor der Inbetriebnahme sind alle Anschlüsse nochmals auf korrekte Montage zu über- prüfen. Es muss sichergestellt sein, dass die Sicherheitsbestimmungen eingehalten sind. Die Inbetriebnahme darf nur durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal vorgenommen werden. 6.1 Drehrichtung überprüfen (nur 400V Ausführung) Bei der 400V Ausführung ist vor der eigentlichen Inbetriebnahme die Drehrichtung der Pumpe zu überprüfen.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 6.4 Optionale Alarmanlage Die Hebeanlage besitzt einen potentialfreien Alarmausgang, der an eine externe Alarm- einrichtung übergeben werden kann. Der Schließerkontakt der Sammelstörung ist max. ordnung des potentialfreien Alarmausgangs ist in der Gebrauchsanleitung zur Steuerung ZPS 1 dokumentiert. Wir empfehlen den Anschluss eines netzunabhängigen Alarmschaltgerätes, das auch bei Stromausfall einen Alarm auslöst.

    Kompaktboy Einzel Deutsch 7 Wartung und Instandhaltung Bei normalem Gebrauch erfordert die Hebeanlage Kompaktboy Einzel nur ein Minimum an Wartung. Es wird empfohlen, dass der Anlagenbetreiber monatlich eine Sichtkontrolle sche der Kreiselpumpe zu achten. Werden Unregelmäßigkeiten bemerkt ist Fachpersonal hinzuziehen. Alle weiteren Wartungsarbeiten müssen von autorisiertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
