INSERTING AND REMOVING THE

INSERTING THE HEARING SYSTEM

Keep the receiver cable close to the ear mould.
Slide the ear mould gently into the auditory
canal. It may be helpful to tug the ear gently
upwards or backwards.
Twist the ear mould slightly until a good fit is
attained. Open and close your mouth to ensure
no air is trapped in the auditory canal.
Lift the hearing system and slide it over your ear.

REMOVING THE HEARING SYSTEM

Pick up the hearing system and slide it out
from behind your ear.
If your hearing system has a CLIC MOULD, pull
the removal line towards the back of your
head in order to remove the ear mould.
For all other ear moulds (domes): Grasp the receiver in the ear
canal with two fingers and pull it out gently.

(FOR MOOD G2 AND RIXX G2)
Do not tug at the receiver connector. This
could damage the hearing system.

Your hearing system specialist will apply colored marking
to your hearing systems (the battery compartment or
receiver, for example) to distinguish the sides. Red mark-
ing identifies the right hearing system, blue marking the
left one.
