TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems associated with the function of the appliance, which sometimes may seem serious, can often be solved easily.
Some you can solve yourself with the help of the following troubleshooter. Any further maintenance should be done at
an authorized service centre.

Remedy
Plug in the appliance and switch on the
steam cleaner.
Check the plug by unplugging the
appliance and plugging the steam cleaner
into another electrical socket.
Empty the dirt container.
Remove the dirt from the suction opening.

Contact the Concept service centre.
Make sure the water tank is full.
Press the steam spray lever and activate
the pump.
Check that the "STEAM" function is
selected.
Wait until the steam indicator is on. If
the indicator does not light up after one
minute, contact the Concept service centre.
