8. Exclusion

If the bed is shut down for an extended period of time, disconnect the power
cord.
To completely disable the drive, disconnect the system from the
mains and disconnect the block battery.

Faults and repairs

This chapter describes how to rectify faults in the event of malfunctions.
The following list is only for problems directly related to the dual drive motor.
Problem: The whole system is down.
1)
Possible reason: no mains voltage.
Solution: Check that the AC adapter is connected and powered on.
2) Possible cause: Faulty remote control or drive system (test it with the
remote control on the other side of the bed to identify the problem).
Solution: Please ask your dealer.
3)
When using the wired remote control
Solution: Please check if the plug of the wired remote controller is
connected.
Problem: Battery emergency lowering does not work.
Possible cause: The batteries are not connected or are dead.
Solution: Please connect the batteries and / or replace them.
Problem: You can't suddenly wiggle the drives.
1) Possible cause: Temperature monitoring or system protection has
tripped.
Solution: Remove the overload. After unplugging the power plug, let
the system rest for about 20-30 minutes. If you cannot solve the
problem, please contact the seller.
2) Possible reason: No mains voltage.
Solution: Restore mains voltage.
3)
Possible cause: Broken power cord (power switch and / or hand
switch).
Corrective action: Check power cable and restore contact if
necessary.
