b) Assembling the boat stand
Put the two side parts (1) of the boat stand together using
the 3 plastic tubes (2).
Then glue on the four rubber strips (3) as shown in the
figure.
c) Checking the propeller
Warning!
Never reach into the propeller when the rechargeable battery is connected or when the model boat is ready
for operation. The drive could start up unintentionally. The running propeller can cause severe injury!
Check the propeller and its locking nut for tightness and damage before every use. If a propeller is damaged, replace
it before using the boat. Failure to do so may result in the propeller inadvertently getting loose or breaking apart during
operation. This may cause further damage to your model. In addition, your may lose control of your model.
With this in mind, follow the instructions in section 13. b).
d) Opening the canopy
Place the model boat on the boat stand.
The canopy is locked if the locking knob (1) points to the
boat stern (see figure beside).
Turn the locking knob so that the tip points to the left or
right side of the hull.
Then lift the canopy a little at the boat stern (approx. at a
20° angle) and pull it off to the rear.
