10.1 Firmware Updates

10.1.1 Updates from Firmware Version AC -103

• Update XQR-control version V410 → V412
• Monitoring tolerance limits with absolute value parametrizable
• Adaptive control system for the material aluminium( license necessary)
• Monitorig function (FQF and PSF) for the material aluminium (license
necessary)
• Support of the function package ‚training mode'
• Monitoring of the necessary unlock options (license monitoring)
• Counter status (count sensor, tip dress counter) are inserted in the error curve
object
• Support of a slope in PreWld and PostWld adaptive adjustable, if available.
• New monitoring functions: oscillating current, gun fault
• New error messages contact monitoring 3mOhm and data consistency
(KSR reference)
• Support of the starting up function STC Teach
• The ProfiNet module also offers I&M3 support from now on
Identification- and Maintenance-Data (I&M-Data) are information, which are
only readable (I-Data) or readable/writable (M-Data) stored on the module.

Old:
In the event of schedule aborted, the modes XQR measuring, XQR regulation
and XQR monitoring are set to inactive, and the the reweld is thus executed in
the original mode (PHA, KSR) .
New:
In the case of the following schedule aborted operations, the regulation and
monitoring mode is not switched back to KSR but the original mode is
maintained:
Schedule aborted because of "No current"
o
Schedule aborted because of „No primary current"
o
Schedule aborted because of XQR contact time violation
o
Schedule aborted because of XQR measuring circuit test error
o
In the case of schedule abort due to XQR contact time violation by the adaptive
controller, a difference is made between the type of contact time violation. The
new function is applied when the contact phase is aborted due to a timeout. If
the schedule is aborted when the maximum resistance exceeds the contact, the
function does not become active.
In the case of schedule abort which are switched back to the original mode
(KSR, PHA), the schedule will be executed nevertheless measured.
