Choosing the installation location

Installation environment

1. Make sure that the inverter is installed out of the reach of children.
2. To ensure an optimal operation and a long service life, the temperature of the installation environment of the inverter
should be ≤40 °C.
3. To avoid direct sunlight, rain, snow and moisture on the inverter, we recommend installing the inverter at locations with
a protective roof. To avoid heat accumulation do not cover the top of the inverter completely.
4. The installation conditions must be able to accommodate the weight and size of the inverter. The inverter is suitable for
mounting on a solid wall that is vertical or sloping backwards (max. 15°). It is not recommended to install the inverter on
a wall made of plasterboard or similar materials. The inverter may emit audible noises during operation.

5. To ensure adequate heat dissipation, the following clearances are recommended between the inverter and other
objects:
