Product Description

The GlideRite
Single-Use Stylet (Small) was designed to help enable the placement of an endotracheal tube (also known
®
as an ETT or ET tube). The rigidity of this stylet helps the user manipulate the tube as desired for intubation. The stylet is for
use in ET tubes between 3.0 and 4.0 mm in internal diameter.
Note: There is no guarantee that instruments selected solely using these instrument dimensions will be compatible in
combination.
Statement of Intended Use
The GlideRite Single-Use Stylet (Small) is an intubation-assist tool intended for use by qualified medical professionals, for
guiding an endotracheal tube past the vocal cords into the trachea, shaped to work with GlideScope
products.
Statement of Prescription
Caution: Federal (U.S.) law restricts this device to sale by or on the order of a physician.
WARNINGS
• Inspect before use —do not use if product or packaging is damaged.
• Do not allow the stylet to protrude beyond the distal end of the ET tube.
