Troubleshooting

A mobile phone is not charging (the white LED in the
housing is not lit)
♦ No connection to the 12/24 V on-board socket .
Check the connection .
♦ Depending on the vehicle type, it is possible that the
ignition has to be switched on first .
♦ The fuse is defective . Replace the fuse (see section
Replacing the fuse) .
The white LED in the housing goes out when a mobile
phone is connected
♦ The car/USB adapter
charges the connected mobile phone . The internal over-
current protection has been triggered . Disconnect the
connected mobile phone from the car/USB adapter
The white LED lights up immediately and the vehicle/USB
adapter
The LED lighting
phone has been placed for charging
♦ The mobile phone is not compatible with Qi
charging technology and cannot be charged . Use a suit-
able adapter to charge your mobile phone by induction
charging .
♦ Some mobile phones need to be taken out of their case
for charging .
NOTE
