toraufnahme (C) oder

herausschrauben.
• Antrieb (140) auf den
Kopf stellen.
• Antrieb (140) mit Band-
schlüssel festhalten und
Laterne (9) mit einem
Hakenschlüssel (Z) aus
dem Antrieb (140)
herausdrehen.
Alle Dichtungen sind frei
zugänglich.

• Withdraw valve
together with upper
housing (391) from the
pipe.
• Loosen and unscrew
switching rod (139)
using an open-end
spanner.
• Use head face spanner
for unscrewing the
mounting base (198).

Dirt must not penetrate
the actuator. The sealing
area at the cylindre can
get damaged.
Spring-closing valve
• Fix valve disk (15) with
391
an open-end spanner at
the key face (15.1).

Spring-opening valve
• Pressurize the actuator
via (61) with com -
pressed air.
Loosen valve disk (15)

with an open-end
spanner at the key face
(15.1) only, but do not
unscrew them com -
pletely.
• Depressurize the actua-
tor via (61).
• Pull out valve disk (15).
• Detach the hinged
clamps (43.1) between
C2
the lantern and the
housing.

switches (C1, C2), if nec-
essary.
• Unscrew at first the
switching rod (139) and
then the proximity
switch holder (C), or the
mounting base (198).

• Turn the actuator (140)
upside-down.
• Hold actuator (140)
using a strap wrench
and screw lantern (9)
out of the actuator (140)
using hook punch (Z).
