Modifications to the installation
Risk of fire, short circuit, and electric shock
Follow the safety notices in the Installation and Initial Operation chapter
Do not make unauthorized changes to the installation
If the installation contains a multiple socket, do not connect additional de-
vices to this without authorization
Never connect multiple sockets in series
WARNING
Current leakage when touching the patient
Risk of electric shock
Never touch the patient and the device housing or accessible contacts of
electric devices at the same time
Never touch the patient and non-medical electric devices at the same time
WARNING
Positioning the equipment cart inside the sterile area
Risk of infection
Do not position the equipment cart inside the sterile area
Measure the cable lengths so there is enough room for movement without
compromising sterility
The light guide must be anchored securely within the direct OR environ-
ment to avoid any risk of accidental slipping
