Time" flashes ,press the UP or DOWN key .
Press the MODE key
"Distance" flashes ,press the UP or DOWN key .
Press the MODE key
"Kilojoule" flashes ,press the UP or DOWN key .
Press the MODE key
"Pulse" flashes , press the UP or DOWN key .
Press the MODE key
Start Pedaling to start Workout. The resistance could be adjusted by the UP or DOWN key during workout.
Interval Program
Selecting "Interval " pressing the INTERVAL PROGRAM key then pressing the MODE key . The text window
will display "SELECT PROFILE LEVEL" 3 seconds.There are 3 levels (L1,L2,L3) to select, using the UP or
DOWN key then pressing the MODE key to confirm.
Setting Parameters for Interval

After that 1 parameter "Time" will flash so value can be adjusted using the UP or DOWN key .Press the MODE
key to save value & move to next parameter to be adjusted. Continue through all desired parameters, start
pedaling to start workout.
"Interval" Operating Instructions
Press the INTERVAL PROGRAM key (Select Interval Mode using the INTERVAL PROGRAM Key)
Press the MODE key Or Start Pedaling to start workout.
"L1 " flashes , Press the UP or DOWN key (There are 3 levels- L1,L2,L3 to select)
