Inspecting and cleaning:
Check the sealing surfaces and seals for
Î
visible damage. Replace damaged parts.
Remove deposits on the housing. Wash
Î
the housing, backflow flap and emergency
flap with clean water.
Check the mechanics and condition of
Î
moving parts. Replace damaged parts.
Grease parts: Moving parts, upper casing
Î
inside of the backflow unit, sealing surface
of the housing cover.
Assemble the backflow unit:
Insert the insertion part and backflow
Î
flap(s) into the housing (1).
Insert the emergency flap into the
Î
insertion part (2).
Fold up all quick-locking-lever of the
Î
housing cover in a vertical position, hang
up the housing cover on the housing (1)
and press it against the housing.
Press down the quick-locking-levers of the
Î
housing cover (2, 3). Housing covers with
three quick-locking-levers first the outer.
Only DRAIN double backflow stop (type 2):
Check the emergency flap,
Î
"Activating the emergency flap".
NOTICE Emergency flap must be open so that
water can flow through.
Press down the red lever until it stops.
