Troubleshooting
If the or
process has been prematurely aborted due to a malfunction.
Disconnect the mains plug so that the trouble indication goes out and the
malfunction can be corrected.

Actions
• Disconnect other devices from the power
supply system
• Use a generator with a higher power
• Connect additional consumers to the mains /
generator
• Check the contacts of the sleeve connection
cable
• Use a new sleeve
• Increase the waiting time between welding
processes
• Set the device up in a location with better
ventilation
• Do not expose the device, the electrofusion
sleeve coupling or the electrofusion tape to
direct sunlight
• Set the device up in a warmer location
• Check all contacts for signs of moisture or
foreign material and dry or remove if necessary
• Return the device to the Geberit service centre
