TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE

In case of anomalies, see the table below before calling the Service Centre.
PROBLEM
The appliance is not working
The plate of the iron does not heat up
The appliance stops working while connected to
the electricity mains
The appliance is connected to the electricity mains
and the selector knob is correctly positioned (iron
only or iron+boiler) but the boiler is not working
The appliance is turned on but not working
INFORMATION FOR USERS
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 49 of 14 March 2014, "Implementation of Directive 2012/19/
EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)".
• The crossed-out waste bin symbol shown on the equipment indicates that the product must be
collected separately from other waste at the end of its useful life.
• At the end of its useful life, the user must give the appliance to an electronic and electrical waste
collection centre or return it to the reseller at the time of the purchase of a new appliance of the same
type, in a ratio of one-to-one.
• The proper differentiated collection for the subsequent environmentally compatible recycling,
treatment and disposal of abandoned appliances contributes to mitigating possible negative effects on
the environment and health and promotes the recycling of the materials that comprise the appliance.
• Illegal disposal of the product by the user is subject to the administrative sanctions provided by current
law.

SOLUTION
Check that the plug is fully inserted into the wall
outlet.
Check for problems with the electricity mains.
Check that the selector knob is positioned correctly
(iron only or iron+boiler).
Make sure that the temperature adjustment knob
on the iron is set
