→ Check that the temperatures are within the operat-
ing range.
→ Eliminate the causes for short circuit of the air or that
prevent correct airflow and make sure that the mini-
mum external and internal distances indicated in the
manual are complied with.
→ Consult a refrigeration technician or the ELDON

In case of fan and/or fan condenser (if present) is faulty,
temperature or pressure probe, electrical heater (if pre-
sent) or other faulty electrical component, proceed as
follows:
→ Replace

13. Options and Accessories

INFORMATION
Not all options and accessories can be provided for
each model.
Special colour: standard units are produced in
RAL7035 opaque for Indoor units and RAL7035 tex-
tured for Outdoor units. With the "special colour" option,
units can be requested with other RAL colours (tex-
tured or smooth). The RAL9005 colour is also available
in an "opaque" version for Indoor units.
Frame (or only the panel) in stainless steel: with this
option, the external parts (or only the panel) are made
of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel sheet metal. Units
with a stainless steel frame are not painted.
Protective treatment on the condenser: carried out
on the surface of the condenser to increase its pro-

tection against corrosion. The copper/aluminum con-
densers require an epoxy surface treatment, the Micro-
Channel condensers require a cataphoresis surface
treatment.
LN version (condenser fan speed regulator): controls
the condenser fan speed in order to reduce noise. The
fan speed is adjusted by means of a 0-10V signal from
the electronic board based on condensation pressure.
In the CUON units it replaces the ON/OFF capacity
control pressure switch present as standard.
WARNING
The refrigerant yield may be lower than the unit
plate data.
Electrical heating: this option is used when the inter-
nal air needs to be heated. The electrical heater is in
steel and includes two safety thermostats. It is directly
controlled by the control board.
Phase sequence relay for three-phase compressors:
control of the cyclic direction of the phases or lack of a
phase.
Accessories
Filter: in honeycomb polypropylene to protect the air
conditioner from elements that may clog it, such as
coarse particles and long filaments (not available for
Stainless steel air conditioners).
Deflector: used to force the flow of cold air out of the
air conditioner along the lower wall of the cabinet.
Semi-recessed frame and fully recessed frame: it
enables to reduce the protrusion of the air condition-
er from the cabinet, or to remove it completely, while
still ensuring an IP54 protection rating. It is fitted with a
gasket. Fastening to the cabinet wall is performed with
screws.
IP55 gasket: it is the gasket replacing the one supplied
with the air conditioner. It allows a greater protection of
the cabinet side than the standard one for water inlet.
he IP55 gasket is only suitable for external mounting,
not for semi-recessed or fully recessed installation.
Keypad: connectable to the back of the unit to display
information regarding operating conditions. Refer to
chapter "9. Control and operating logic" for further infor-
mation. Accessory only for CUON units.
Sequencing cable: cable for connection between two
air conditioners.
Serial port for Modbus: serial port for connection to a
monitoring system via Modbus RTU communication
protocol.
