Features
For applications involving the UI controller, the phase value of the sample curve is
set in the PstWLD while the UI controller is active if PHA mode has been selected
as the control mode for PstWLD.
The following boundary conditions must be observed for the post-heating pulse
monitoring function:
The post-heating pulse (PstWLD) is not performed if UI monitoring is active
(global, program-specific activation for at least one quantity).
The post-heating pulse (PstWLD) is not monitored if KSR monitoring mode
"Standard" has been activated.
The automatic spot repetition logic is independent of the control mode setting.
Therefore, the revised logic also applies if PstWLD is KSR-controlled.
If the UI controller is active, the phase value of the reference curve is set in the
PstWLD if PHA mode has been selected as the control mode for PstWLD.
7.1.17 Inputs „sheet thickness"
The inputs „sheet thickness" are stored with every weld spot in the weld spot
journal.
7.1.18 Outputs „Gun force value", „Programmed time for sequence",
„Turn demand initial Tip dressing" and „Turn demand Tip
dressing"
• The outputs "Gun Force value" show the digital value of the analog input
"analog force input".
• The outputs "Programmed time for sequence" show the programmed time for
sequence in msec.
• The outputs "Turn demand initial Tip dressing" and "Turn demand Tip dressing"
are updated with every new weld schedule.

7.1.19 Sheet thickness management

For each weld program parameters for the "sheet thickness" and "sheet thickness
tolerance" can be stored in the timer.
The sheet thickness output "sheet thickness x" set by every program selection.
7.1.20 Input „Disable UIR Mode"
If the value of this input is FALSE when starting a weld schedule, then this
function is not active and the schedule will be run with the regulation and
monitoring mode as defined in the UIR settings of the weld schedule. This
concerns the regulation function and the monitoring function.
If the value of this input is TRUE when starting a weld schedule, then this weld
schedule will not be run in UIR mode, but in that mode which is defined in the
general program schedule. This refers to both the regulation and monitoring
parameters.
If the Weld Schedule is not set for UIR regulation, then the bit will have no affect.
The weld current log will be extended by an additional column in which the user
can identify that the weld had been run in this special mode.
