NUC (NON-UNIFORMITY CORRECTION)
NUC (NON-UNIFORMITY CORRECTION)
The picture quality highly depends on the sensor temperature. Minimal change in
temperature is refl ected in visible imperfecti ons of the picture - verti cal lines, the
appearance of light and dark pixels, etc. This eff ect is strongly expressed during a cold
start of the product, when the matrix / sensor begins to change temperature sharply.
In order to improve the picture quality, a Calibrati on procedure is acti vated, which can
be Auto, Manual, External or Internal. We recommend the use of Auto mode, in which
the calibrati on frequency depends on the temperature characteristi cs of the sensor.
