TANK CLEANING

For tank cleaning proceed as follows:
1) Place the product in special refrigerated containers, kept at the same temperature.
2) Switch off the unit by pushing on main switch and unplug
the unit directly.
3) Remove the shelves (RODI 31)
4) Leave the glass door open and begin the operation of tank washing
when the tank temperature is the same of ambient temperature.
5) Remove the internal plug, rotate the water draining tube to send
away the water and put below a tray. (RODI 33)
6) Wash and dry the tank using neutral soap and soft cloth.
Then plug in again and wait till the appliance reaches the right
temperature before filling it again.
Warning!
Do not use jet of water to clean the cabinet: electrical wiring could be damaged.
Never use mechanical devices or any other means to accelerate the defrosting process,
other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

MALFUNCTIONS AND REMEDIES

Most of the functioning inconveniences are generally due to defective electrical connections.
These problems can usually be solved on the place.
The unit does not start:
-check that there is voltage at the wall socket;
-check that the unit is properly plugged.
If the problem persists despite the above checks, contact your nearest service centre and empty
the unit.
The internal temperature is not cold enough:
-check that the unit is not placed too close to any heating source;
-check that there is not too much ice on the evaporating shelves (RODI 33) or on the tank evaporator
(RODI 31);
-check the temperature setting;
-check that behind the cabinet air can properly circulate;
-check the perfect closing of the glass door.
If the prblem persist despite the above checks, contact your nearest service centre.
The unit is noisy:
-check that all the bolts and nuts are properly fasten;
-check that the unit is placed on an even surface;
-check if any pipe or fan is in contact with any other part of the body.
