10 Assembly instruction

For professional assembly, installation and maintenance by trained, qualified and sensible elec-
tricians and skilled fitters with knowledge of electrical and mechanical drive assembly.
Note:
Ensure to provide for thermal break when fastening frame and sash bracket.
Determine the position of frame and sash bracket by measuring and attach them

with screws.
Important: Ensure that the connecting cable outlet is positioned correctly.
Wiring and electrical connection
The cables must be laid in such a way that they cannot be squeezed in or dammaged in the
area of the lock forend during installation.
Distribution boxes must be accessible for maintenance work. Cable types, lengths, and cross
sections must conform to the specifications.
Danger:
By all means observe the standards and regulations for low voltage
during installation and laying of cables !

11 Assembly and Electrical Connection

Version S60 and S100 requires external disconnection and control module
(see identification label) .
Fit drive into casement / mounting bracket.

Turn it (with view on cable side) to the right(clockwise) until connection cable is in cor-

rect position. Left turn (anticlockwise) will cause damage to the drive !
Pay attention to the thermal break for assembly of mounting bracket.

For rear suspension the eye bolt order no: 9-40097-08-0-1 is required.
11.1 Mounting variant: thrust tube to frame bracket
Connect the thrust tube with the frame bracket by

means of the retaining screw.
Put on the self-locking nut

Mind the lateral play of the lug while tightening

the screw.

11.2 Mounting variant: turned-in eyebolt to sash bracket

Turn in the eyebolt

Attention:
Do not exceed the maximum screw-in depth of
25 mm ≈ 20 revolutions !
Hinge the drive

Insert the locking pin and secure it with the clip.

Tighten the eyebolt by the counternut and the lock washer.
