Checkpoint
Check all hydraulic hoses for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Check if the oil is not polluted or aged.
Check if all gaskets are still good.
Check if there are no changes in the noise level of
the motor when it's working.
Check if the motor and oil tank are still properly
mounted to the column.
Electrical
Check the conditions of all wiring and connections
in the lift.
Check the functioning of the main power switch.
Check the functioning of all control buttons
Check all electrical wiring for signs of wear and
tear, kinks and connection.
Other
Check if the manual is complete.
Check if the maintenance/examination legenda is
kept up to date.
Check if all warning- and safety stickers are
readable and complete.
Check if the type plate is in place and readable.
Check if the maximum capacity sticker is in place
and readable.
Check if all control buttons are clearly
recognizable, the difference between lifting and
lowering must be recognizable at all times.
Okay Not OK Not okay, solution:
Put the lift out of use immediately, replace hose,
only use original Falco parts.
Drain oil and replace with Falco CH32V Hydraulic oil.
Replace worn/defect gaskets.
Put the lift out of use immediately and have a
professional mechanic check/repair the motor
Tighten the bolt/nuts and replace if necessary.
Replace broken parts, leave this to a professional
mechanic.
Replace the wire connections or switch if necessary.
Replace control buttons/panel if necessary.
Replace broken wiring/connections.
Contact your Falco retailer or the previous owner.
Contact the previous owner.
Replace the stickers by original Falco stickers.
Replace the type plate with an original Falco type
plate with correct serial number.
Place a new sticker with the correct maximum
capacity indication (2500kg).
Replace the stickers for indication of the control
buttons by original Falco stickers.
