10. Mount the long hydraulic line (42) on the
coupler (41), tighten it securely to prevent
leakages (refer to fig.10).
11. Secure the hydraulic line (42) against the
column (27) with the 3 clips (122) and bolts
(120)( refer to fig.11).
12. Place the supplied black rubber O-ring (45) on the coupler (43), then
connect the hydraulic line (42) to the coupler on the bottom side of the
column (refer to fig.12).
13. Mount the control unit (121) to the column with the 4 bolts with Phillips
head (120), remove the front of the control unit and fix the unit at the
given points (refer to fig.13).
14. Now connect the power cable of the pump to the control box as shown in
Figure 14, the ground wire should be secured with one of the clamps
against the back of the control box, marked with the
15. Then connect power cable with moulded plug (not supplied) to the control box, the cable
must be a 3-core cable with a minimum core thickness of 2.5mm² (refer to fig.15).
16. Now place the locking pins (123) in
the lifting body (93), place the spring
(88) over the pin and place it
through the slot in the lifting body
from below (refer to fig.16 + 17).
17. Now place the circlip (91) on the
locking pin (123) in the appropriate
recess and then turn the button (92)
onto the locking pin (refer to fig.17).
