3. Installation and assembly
Unpacking
When opening the package, check if all parts are complete and that there is no shipping damage, in
case of missing or damaged parts, please immediately contact your Falco retailer. The numbers
behind the parts in below text refer to the parts list in this manual.
Installation
1. Place the pallet jack (12) under the base (1), remove the locking pin from the pallet jack and
place the steel ball (15) onto the piston rod of the pallet jack (refer to fig.1).
2. Insert the piston rod in recess of the base frame and secure with the allen screw(20) (refer
to fig.2).
3. Then place shaft (19) of the pallet jack between the two recesses in the base frame, first set
the left side of the axle through the left recess(refer to fig.3).
4. Then place the bushing (18) over it and fasten with the bolt (16) and washer (17) (refer to
fig.4).
5. Then place the right part of the shaft (19) in the slot and fix it with the bushing (18), washer
(17) and bolt (16). Check if the bolts (16) on both sides are firmly tightened (refer to fig.5).
6. Mount the column (27) on the base of the lift by means of the long Allen bolts(26), Ø12
spring washers (25) and Ø12 washers (26)
(refer to fig.6).
7. Raise the carriage (55) into the first
locking position. Then mount the lifting
body (93) against the carriage (55) with
the medium M12 Allen bolts (95), Ø12
spring washers (25) and Ø12 washers
(26). Mount the shortest Allen bolt (94) in
the middle at the top of the lifting body (marked
with green square) (refer to fig.7).
8. Attach the pump (28) to the column (27)with the 4
M8 bolts (68), Ø8 washers (69) and M8 lock nuts
(70)( refer to fig.8).
9. Mount the knee coupler (41) on the pump(28),
screw it in the pump and secure the coupler with
the hexagon nut (refer to fig.9).
