Check the rubber pads for signs of wear and tear,

Check the concrete floor for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Check if the safety locking mechanism for the
lifting body functions appropriately.
Check if the locking mechanism for the arms
functions properly
Hydraulic
Check the oil level in the oil tank.
Thoroughly check the entire hydraulic system for
leakages.

Okay Not OK Not okay, solution:
Tighten bolts and nuts and replace them if
necessary.
Put the lift out of use immediately and contact your
Falco-retailer.
Put the lift out of use immediately , have the broken
parts repaired/replaced immediately by a
professional mechanic, only use original Falco-parts.
Replace the rubber pads, onl use original Falco
parts.
Put the lift out of us immediately,
- Have a professional mechanic assess
the situation.
- Replace the entire floor if necessary,
refer to chapter 3 of this user manual
for the demands which the concrete
floor has to meet.
Put the lift out of use immediately,
- Adjust the safety lock so they function
properly.
- Replace the safety lock if necessary,
only use original Falco parts.
- Adjust the locking position.
- Replace the toothing and entire lever if
worn, use only original Falco parts
Top up oil level with Falco CH32V Hydraulic oil.
Put the lift out of use immediately,
- Repair leakages.
- Replace leaking parts, only use original
Falco parts.
