Use friable, compactible soil with a maximum grain size of
32 mm for the filling.
Filling should be carried out carefully and in layers, evenly
dynamically balanced, in layers 20 to 40 cm thick and
compacted evenly as per the specifications of DIN EN 1610.
In areas subjected to traffic loads, the compaction rate must
be a minimum of D = 95 %.
