BASIC OPERATIONS

Press MODE to cycle through CHRONO, TIMER, and ALARM modes. Press INDIGLO to illuminate
watch face. In any mode, press MODE to view time display. Press any button to stop alarm or
timer beeps.
ANALOG TIME
Pull CROWN and turn to set HOUR and MINUTE hands.
TIME AND DATE
A. Press and hold SET. SECONDS digits will flash.
B. Press SPLIT/RESET to set SECONDS to zero.
C. Press MODE to select HOURS.
D. Press SPLIT/RESET to advance hours digits. Go through 12 hours for AM or PM.
E. Press MODE to select MINUTES, press SPLIT/RESET to advance.
F. Repeat to set MONTH, DATE, DAY, 12- or 24-hour time display.
G. Press SET when done.
CHRONOGRAPH
A. Press MODE until CHRONO appears.
B. Press START/STOP to start.
C. Press SPLIT/RESET to record lap time. Display pauses.
D. Press MODE to resume display of lap and split time (automatic after 10 seconds).
E. Press START/STOP to pause chrono.
F. Press START/STOP to resume.
G. Press START/STOP to stop.
H. When timing is stopped, press SPLIT/RESET repeatedly to recall last eight lap and split times.
I. Press and hold SPLIT/RESET to reset chrono.
COUNTDOWN TIMER
A. Press MODE until TIMER appears.
B. Press SPLIT/RESET to select timer operation (Countdown and Stop; Countdown and Repeat;
Countdown and Start chrono).
C. Press SET. HOURS digits will flash. Press SPLIT/RESET to advance digits.
D. Press MODE to select TENS of MINUTES. Press SPLIT/RESET to advance.
E. Repeat to set MINUTES, TENS of SECONDS, and SECONDS.
F. Press SET when done.
G. Press START/STOP to start timer.
H. Press START/STOP to pause, press again to resume.
I. When timer is stopped, press SPLIT/RESET to reset timer.
Watch will beep when countdown reaches zero.
ALARM AND CHIME
A. Press MODE until ALARM appears.
B. Press SET to select HOURS. Digits will flash.
C. Press SPLIT/RESET to advance digits. Go through 12
hours for AM or PM.
D. Press MODE to select TENS of MINUTES.
E. Press SPLIT/RESET to advance. Repeat for MINUTES.
F. Press SET when done.
G. Press START/STOP to turn alarm on or off.
H. Press SPLIT/RESET to turn chime on or off.
When alarm time is reached, watch will beep for 20 seconds, or until any button is pushed.
Alarm will repeat every 24 hours until deactivated.
INDIGLO® NIGHT-LIGHT WITH NIGHT-MODE® FEATURE
A. Press INDIGLO to activate light.
Electroluminescent technology used in the INDIGLO® night-light illuminates watch face at
night and in low light conditions.
B. Press and hold INDIGLO for three seconds (beep will sound) to activate or de-activate
NIGHT-MODE® feature.
C. While in NIGHT-MODE® feature, press any button to illuminate watch face for 3 seconds.

Appuyer sur MODE pour afficher successivement les modes CHRONO, TIMER (minuterie) et
CROWN ALARM. Appuyer sur INDIGLO pour illuminer la face de la montre. Dans tout mode, appuyer
sur MODE pour afficher l'heure. Appuyer sur tout bouton pour arrêter les bips de l'alarme ou
de la minuterie.
SET
AFFICHAGE ANALOGIQUE DE L'HEURE
SPLIT/
Tirer la COURONNE et la tourner pour régler les aiguilles des HEURES et des MINUTES.
RESET
HEURE ET DATE
A. Tenir SET enfoncé. Les chiffres des SECONDES clignotent.
B. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour mettre les SECONDES à zéro.
C. Appuyer sur MODE pour sélectionner les HEURES.
D. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour faire avancer les chiffres des heures. Faire défiler 12 heures
pour alterner entre AM (matin) et PM (après-midi).
E. Appuyer sur MODE pour sélectionner les MINUTES, appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour avancer.
F. Répéter pour régler le MOIS, la DATE, le JOUR et l'affichage de l'heure sur 12 ou 24 heures.
G. Appuyer sur SET pour valider.
CHRONOMÈTRE
A. Appuyer sur MODE jusqu'à afficher CHRONO.
B. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour démarrer.
C. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour enregistrer le temps intermédiaire. L'affichage marque une
pause.
D. Appuyer sur MODE pour reprendre l'affichage du temps au tour ou intermédiaire
(automatique au bout de 10 secondes).
E. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour interrompre le chronométrage.
F. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour redémarrer.
G. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour arrêter.
H. Lorsque le chronomètre est arrêté, appuyer de façon répétée sur SPLIT/RESET pour afficher
successivement les huit derniers temps au tour et intermédiaires.
I. Tenir SPLIT/RESET enfoncé pour remettre le chronomètre à zéro.
MINUTERIE
A. Appuyer sur MODE jusqu'à afficher TIMER.
B. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour sélectionner le mode de minuterie (compte à rebours puis
arrêt, compte à rebours puis répétition ou compte à rebours puis chrono).
C. Appuyer sur SET. Les chiffres des HEURES clignotent. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour faire
avancer les chiffres.
D. Appuyer sur MODE pour sélectionner les DIZAINES de MINUTES. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET
pour avancer.
E. Répéter pour régler les MINUTES, les DIZAINES de SECONDES et les SECONDES.
F. Appuyer sur SET pour valider.
G. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour démarrer le compte à rebours.
H. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour marquer un pause, appuyer une nouvelle fois pour
redémarrer.
I. Lorsque la minuterie est arrêtée, appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour la remettre au début.
La montre émet un bip lorsque le compte à rebours arrive à zéro.
ALARME ET CARILLON
A. Appuyer sur MODE jusqu'à afficher ALARM.
B. Appuyer sur SET pour sélectionner les HEURES. Les
chiffres clignotent.
C. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour faire avancer les
chiffres. Faire défiler 12 heures pour alterner entre AM
(matin) et PM (après-midi).
D. Appuyer sur MODE pour sélectionner les DIZAINES
de MINUTES.
E. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour avancer. Répéter pour les MINUTES.
Alarm on
F. Appuyer sur SET pour valider.
G. Appuyer sur START/STOP pour activer ou désactiver l'alarme.
Chime on
H. Appuyer sur SPLIT/RESET pour activer ou désactiver le carillon. À l'heure fixée pour
l'alarme, la montre sonne pendant 20 secondes ou jusqu'à ce qu'un des boutons soit
enfoncé. L'alarme se répète toutes les 24 heures jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit désactivée.
VEILLEUSE INDIGLO® À FONCTION NIGHT-MODE®
A. Appuyer sur INDIGLO pour activer l'éclairage. La technologie électroluminescente
utilisée dans la veilleuse INDIGLO® permet
d'illuminer la face de la montre la nuit et dans des conditions de faible éclairage.
B. Tenir INDIGLO enfoncé pendant trois secondes (jusqu'au bip sonore) pour activer ou
désactiver la fonction NIGHT-MODE®.
C. Dans NIGHT-MODE®, appuyer sur tout bouton pour illuminer la montre pendant 3 secondes.

Pulse MODE para recorrer las modalidades de CRONÓGRAFO, TEMPORIZADOR y ALARMA.
Pulse INDIGLO para iluminar la cara del reloj. En cualquier modo, pulse MODE para ver la hora.
Pulse cualquier botón para silenciar la señal acústica de la alarma o del temporizador.
Tire de la CORONA y gírela para ajustar las manecillas de HORA y MINUTOS.
A. Pulse y sostenga SET. Los dígitos de los SEGUNDOS parpadearán.
B. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para poner los SEGUNDOS a cero.
C. Pulse MODE para seleccionar HORAS.
D. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para avanzar los dígitos. Recorra 12 horas para fijar AM (mañana) o PM
(tarde).
E. Pulse MODE para seleccionar MINUTOS, pulse SPLIT/RESET para avanzar.
F. Repita el procedimiento para ajustar MES, FECHA, DÍA y la visualización horaria de 12 o 24
horas.
G. Pulse SET cuando haya acabado.
A. Pulse MODE hasta que aparezca CHRONO (CRONÓGRAFO).
B. Pulse START/STOP para iniciarlo.
C. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para registrar el tiempo de vuelta. La pantalla pausa.
D. Pulse MODE para reanudar la visualización del tiempo parcial y de vuelta (automática
después de 10 segundos).
E. Pulse START/STOP para pausar el cronógrafo.
F. Pulse START/STOP para reanudarlo.
G. Pulse START/STOP para detenerlo.
H. Cuando el conteo se detiene, pulse SPLIT/RESET varias veces para revisar los últimos ocho
tiempos parciales y de vuelta.
I. Pulse y sostenga SPLIT/RESET para poner el cronógrafo a cero.
A. Pulse MODE hasta que TIMER aparezca.
B. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para seleccionar la operación del temporizador (Conteo Regresivo y
Parar; Conteo Regresivo y Repetir; Conteo Regresivo e Iniciar el cronógrafo).
C. Pulse SET. Los dígitos de la HORA parpadearán. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para avanzar los dígitos.
D. Pulse MODE para seleccionar DECENAS de MINUTOS. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para avanzar.
E. Repita el procedimiento para ajustar MINUTOS, DECENAS de SEGUNDOS y SEGUNDOS.
F. Pulse SET cuando haya acabado.
G. Pulse START/STOP para iniciar el temporizador.
H. Pulse START/STOP para pausar, pulse de nuevo para reanudar.
I. Cuando el temporizador se detiene, pulse SPLIT/RESET para poner el temporizador a cero.
El reloj sonará cuando el conteo llegue a cero.
A. Pulse MODE hasta que aparezca ALARM.
B. Pulse SET para seleccionar HORAS. Los dígitos
parpadearán.
C. Pulse SPLIT/RESET para avanzar los dígitos. Recorra 12

Cuando llegue la hora de la alarma, el reloj sonará durante 20 segundos o hasta que se pulse
cualquier botón. La alarma se repetirá cada 24 horas hasta que sea desactivada.
A. Pulse INDIGLO para activar la luz. La tecnología electroluminiscente
utilizada en la luz nocturna INDIGLO® ilumina toda la cara del
reloj por la noche y en condiciones de poca luz.
B. Pulse y sostenga INDIGLO durante tres segundos (sonará una señal acústica) para activar o
desactivar el modo nocturno NIGHT-MODE®.
C. Mientras está en el modo NIGHT-MODE®, pulse cualquier botón para iluminar la cara del
reloj durante 3 segundos.
