Thank you for purchasing this TX™ timepiece. TX Watch Company, Inc. has put all its
expertise and care into the design and development of your watch and we trust that
it will give you long and reliable service. This booklet provides all the necessary infor-
mation needed for watch repair and service.
Your TX timepiece is warranted against manufacturing defects by TX Watch
Company, Inc. for a period of two years from the original purchase date. This interna-
tional warranty will be honored by TX Watch Company, Inc. and its worldwide
affiliates.
Please note that TX Watch Company, Inc. may, at its discretion, replace rather than
repair your watch with an identical or similar model.
NOTE THAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS OR DAM-
AGES TO YOUR WATCH IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
1) after the warranty period expires;
2) if the watch was not originally purchased from an authorized TX retailer;
3) from repair and services not performed by Timex;
4) from accidents, tampering or abuse;
5) lens or crystal, strap or band, watch case, attachments or battery. Timex may
charge you for replacing any of these parts.

To obtain warranty service, please return your timepiece to TX Watch Company, Inc.,
to the authorized retailer where your watch was purchased or to your local Timex
affiliate company. Please include the completed original Watch Repair Coupon or, in
the U.S. and Canada only, a written statement with your name, address, telephone
number and copy of receipt with date and place of purchase.
