Please study the complete Operating Manual carefully before you start using the product. Keep the manual
in a safe place for future reference. Make sure that any persons handling the vacuum cleaner are also
familiar with this Operating Manual.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

• Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the ratings stated on the nameplate of the vacuum cleaner.
• Do not leave the product unattended while connected to the mains.
• Disconnect the product from the mains if it is not being used.
• Do not use the product outdoors or on wet surfaces. Electric shock hazard!
• Do not allow the product to be used as a toy.
• Use accessories recommended by the manufacturer only.
• Do not use the product if the power cord or plug is damaged.
• Do not run the product over the power cord.
• Using the power cord to pTo pull and move the product is forbidden.
• Keep the vacuum cleaner away from heat sources such as heating bodies, ovens, and so on. Do not expose the
product to direct sunlight or moisture.
• Do not disconnect the power cord from the mains outlet by pulling the power cord. When disconnecting the power
cord from the mains hold the plug and not the cord.
• Do not handle the plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
• Do not insert any objects into the openings. Do not use the vacuum cleaner if any openings are obstructed.
• Turn off the main switch of the vacuum cleaner prior to disconnecting the product from the mains outlet.
• Extra care shall be taken while vacuuming on stairs.
• If the suction inlet is obstructed, turn off the vacuum cleaner and remove impurities before resuming operation.
• Hold the power cord while winding to avoid uncontrolled movement.
• Turn off the product and disconnect the plug from the mains outlet before installing accessories, performing
maintenance, or in the case of any failure.
• Should the power cord become damaged, it shall be replaced by an authorized service.
• Unwind the necessary length of the power cord before using the vacuum cleaner. The ideal length of the power cord
is marked by a yellow dot on the cord. Do not unwind the power cord past the red mark.
• This vacuum cleaner has been designed for residential use only. Do not use the vacuum cleaner for industrial
cleaning.
• Do not vacuum any burning objects, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ash.
• Do not use the product in wet rooms. Do not vacuum wet objects, liquids, or flammable fluids, such as gasoline. Do
not use the vacuum cleaner in areas where such substances may occur.
• Never use the vacuum cleaner without dust bags or filters. Before each use make sure that the dust bag and filters of
the vacuum cleaner are installed properly.
• Do not immerse the product into water or any other liquids.
• Check the product and the power cord for damage regularly. Do not use a damaged vacuum cleaner.
• Prior to vacuuming it is necessary to remove large or sharp objects from the surface to be cleaned which could
damage the dust filter.
• Do not use the product if the dust compartment and filters are fouled.
• Do not repair the product yourself. Contact an authorized service.
Non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions invalidates your right to guaranty repair.
