4. Keep the appliance and the power cord out of the reach of children

Electrical safety
5. This appliance must not be operated with an external timer or a
remote control system.
6. After use, before cleaning or if there are faults during operation,
always unplug the mains plug.
7. The power cord must be protected against moisture.
8. The motor block should never come into contact with water or
other liquids. If this should occur, the base must be completely dry
before operating the appliance again.
9. The appliance is intended for household use only, or for similar
areas of use, such as,
kitchenettes in businesses, offices or other workplaces,

in agricultural enterprises,

for use by guests in hotels, motels or other lodgings,

in private guest houses or holiday homes.

10. The appliance is not dishwasher safe.
11. For safety reasons do not, under any circumstances, place or ope-
rate the appliance and power cord on or in the vicinity of hot sur-
faces.
12. Completely unwind the power cord before use.
13. The power cord must not hang down over the edge of the work sur-
face.
