5. Maintenance, repairs and warranty

5.1 Maintenance

 Check the Flowkart regularly for loose screws and tighten them.
 Regularly check the tire and wheels for damage. Do not ride with damaged tires but contact an official dealer of this
product.
 Keep the device clean in order to increase its longevity. It is best to clean it after every use with a dry towel.

5.2 Indication of malfunction

Go through these questions if you encounter a problem with your Flowkart. This checklist can help you with the
troubleshooting.
 Is the device turned on?
 Is the battery fully charged?
 Is the battery level indicated on the display?
 Is the brake only active when the brake lever is pressed or does the brake block the wheels, even if the lever is not
pressed?
 Are all screws tightened, all connections clean and intact and all plugs plugged in?
If the problem should stay present after you went through this checklist, contact an official dealer of the Flowkart and
describe the problem.
